Markku Peltola - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Born in 1956 in Helsinki in the family of a taxi driver. He spent his childhood in his hometown. After graduating from high school, he decided to study acting.
Since the 1980s, he has been a vocalist and bassist in the band "Motelli Skronkle". He also released two solo albums: "Buster Keatonin ratsutilalla" (Ektro Records, 2003) and "Buster Keaton tarkistaa lannen ja idan" (2006).
He was one of the founders of the Telakka Theater in Tampere in 1996. He staged the play "Crime and Punishment" there.
Peltola died on December 31, 2007 at his home in Kangasala (Finland).
His last film role was in the Estonian film I Was Here (Est. Mina olin siin), which premiered in September 2008 in Estonia.
