Polish screenwriter, director, actor and cameraman.
Born June 24, 1936 in Lodz.
In 1953-54 he worked as an illuminator at a film studio.
In 1954 he entered the camera department of the PWSF in Lodz, but in the same year he was expelled. Two years later, in 1956, he again became a student of the film school, which he successfully graduated in 1961.
He has created many short films. Collaborated with Roman Polansky.
In 1978 he made a documentary film based on his script "Bialowieza", which won the main prize in the documentary category at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
In the 90s, he began to shoot television tapes.
