Born February 3, 1959.
In 1976 he came to Italy as a correspondent for a Turkish newspaper, graduated from the University of Rome La sapienza, where he studied art history and film directing, then studied at the Academy of Dramatic Art. Has worked for Julian Beck's Live Theater and Judith Malin. He started in cinema as an assistant director.
