Was born in 1973 in the city of Toledo. His professional music career began in a somewhat unusual way: Life received a ten-year prison sentence for arson charges, and it was behind bars that he completely rethought his life. Jennings began writing lyrics in which he reflected on the difficulties and mistakes he had made, and these compositions were later included on Life's debut album. The Lyfe 268-192 LP was released in 2004, and the numbers in its title are the musician's personal number, which he received in prison. Pleasant arrangements and soft vocals of the performer were enjoyed by many music lovers and music critics, and Lyfe 268-192 confidently debuted at the top of the Billboard charts.
Two years later, Jennings released his second album, The Phoenix (2006). This studio work fully met the expectations of Life's fans who were eagerly awaiting the sequel to Lyfe 268-192. The Phoenix retained the atmosphere Jennings had created in his previous work, but at the same time, the quality improved markedly, and the already strong arrangements became even more delicate. In 2008, the third LP Life Lyfe Change (2008) was released. The content of the disc is consistent with the title - changes have taken place in the performer's work, and pessimistic compositions on a variety of social themes have given way to life-affirming songs and love lyrics. However, despite the changes, Jennings remained true to his style.
