He graduated from the aviation technical school, then entered the evening department of MATI, without completing his studies at which he entered the school named after B.V. Shchukin. He worked at a helicopter plant.
In 1955 he graduated from the Theater School named after B.V. Shchukin.
In 1955-1960 - actor of the Chelyabinsk Musical Drama Theater.
In 1960-1990 he was an actor at the Odessa Musical Comedy Theater.
Since 1990 - an actor at the Odessa Ivanov Russian Drama Theater.
