In 1922 - a student of the Higher Military School, graduated from the School of Screen Art (1923) .
Since 1922 - head of the political department at the Kiev Department of Public Education. From 1923 - worked at the Odessa Film Factory. In 1936-1943 - director of newsreels in Kharkov, Rostov-on-Don, Alma-Ata. In 1943-1950 he was a director of the Frunzenskaya newsreel studio, one of the founders of Kyrgyz documentary films. Over the next 20 years, he edited more than 350 issues of the Soviet Kyrgyzstan newsreel at the Kirgizfilm studio, filmed newsreels and documentaries, and was engaged in dubbing.
