Born on August 18, 1934 in the village of Malo-Pichugino, Kemerovo Region. She graduated from the Novokuznetsk Pedagogical Institute and the screenwriting department of the correspondence department of VGIK. She worked as a teacher in schools in Sverdlovsk, editor of the Sverdlovsk Regional Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting. The first collections of poems were published in the newspapers Komsomolets Kuzbassa and Kuzbass, the first book of stories for children was published in Sverdlovsk in 1974. He is the author of scripts for feature films staged at the Odessa and Sverdlovsk film studios and at the Belarusfilm studio. Member of the Union of Writers of the USSR (Russia) since 1978.
