In 1929, Petr Shelokhonov was born in Belarus. The first job of the future actor was - a veterinarian, he was engaged in horse breeding. His father taught him medicine. Later came the war and, during the bombing by Germany, twelve-year-old Peter lost his parents. He often hid from bullets in haystacks, but he was still injured, and it was from these injuries that he left deep scars on his face. Also, during the war, his acting skills in the partisan detachment, to which he got in 1942, were revealed. He performed sketches and cartoons with great enthusiasm. And already in 1945, being a 15-year-old boy, he made his own self-made puppet theater - put together a small stage and showed his first performance about Little Red Riding Hood, Petya and a wolf in the war. Four puppets were involved, and he voiced them in different voices. With this repertoire, he traveled across Ukraine and Belarus, showed a performance for food. This was his first realization of acting. He graduated from the theater school in Siberia in 1960, and before 1968 he staged a number of performances. He got into the cinema in 1967, he was invited by the Ekran studio to play the lead role in the film Glovina Steps into the Sun He was noticed and since then he has acted in films and television productions. In big cinema, his first role was in the film Not subject to Amnesty, where he played the spy of Sotnikov. The Lenfilm film studio has directed over 40 films with his participation. It is a pleasure to watch films with Pyotr Shelokhonov, because he really burned with this, and each of his roles is unforgettable, so he was awarded an award as an Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
