Michael Muhney (born June 12, 1975) is an American television actor. He is best known for his role as Sheriff Don Lamb on the TV series Veronica Mars, where he starred from 2004 to 2007. He previously starred in a couple of short-lived TV series, and has also been a guest on shows such as Ambulance, Charmed and Without a Trace.
After Veronica Mars, Muney starred in several unsuccessful films, and in 2009 joined the daytime soap opera Young and the Restless as Adam Newman. In 2013, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Best Actor. On December 17, 2013, it was announced that Muney had been fired from the soap opera, as it was later revealed for conflicts on the set and sexual harassment of Hunter King.
