Cult French actor, star of the films Crimson Rivers (2000) and The Untouchables (2011) Francois Levantal was born in Paris in 1960. The actor made his debut in big cinema at the age of 25, but today he has a rich cinematic experience, numbering more than a hundred films, behind him.
It all began in 1985, when the famous director Costa Gavras provided the guy with one of the secondary roles in his project Family Council, which also involved Fanny Ardant, Johnny Halliday and Guy Marchand. It was a comedic crime story of a loser bandit who decided to involve his own thirteen-year-old son in the case - the audience really liked it, although Francois himself did not bring much popularity.
After the actor will star in several more productions and series: he played on the same set with many world-class stars, but the roles of Francois Levanthal remained insignificant for a long time.
