Forest Steven Whitaker (born July 15, 1961) is an American actor, director, producer. Winner of the Oscar (2006), Golden Globe (2006), BAFTA (2006), Emmy (2003). He became the fourth African American to receive an Oscar for Best Actor after Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington and Jamie Foxx. [1] The award went to him for his role as President of Uganda, General Idi Amin, in the film The Last King of Scotland (2006).
