& lt; p & gt; Gaukhar & laquo; Jia & raquo; Nurtas — an established international business woman with over 15 years of experience in venture management in the United States and her home country, Kazakhstan, primarily in the fields of oil, gas, mineral exploration and international sales. She received her Master of Arts degree from the Almaty National Conservatory.
