Born April 6, 1981 - American actress and producer.
Shortly thereafter, she began her career with a role in a regional theatrical production, and then moved to television. In 2006, Variety magazine included Koop in its list of the top ten new comedians.
Coop starred on HBO's "12 Miles From Bad Road" in 2008 and then landed a regular role on the sitcom "Clinic," where she starred in its final season. She also made a guest appearance on Who Is Samantha ?, Dear Doctor, and Community, before landing the lead role on ABC's Happy Ending. Koop's show and performance received critical acclaim, but the series' ratings were low and the channel closed the project after three seasons in the spring of 2013.
