She began her studies at the School of American Ballet at the age of eight. Later she studied at the Jacqueline Kennedy School of Ballet at the American Ballet Theater. Sarah was a soloist with the Dresden State Opera ballet.
Sarah Haye made her film debut with the role in the famous drama film Black Swan directed by Darren Aronofsky (2010). In 2015, the actress was invited to one of the main roles in the series about the cruel world of professional ballet "Flesh and Bone" (Flesh and Bone) from the writer and executive producer of the rating project "Breaking Bad" Moira Wally.
