Born May 13, 1986 in the small French town of Metz (Lorraine). He graduated from two higher educational institutions of acting at once, the Higher National Conservatory of Dramatic Art of France and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art of Great Britain. After graduation, he began to act in films.
In 2010, Hugo Becker won the Young Talents prize at the Cannes Film Festival for Best Performance in a Short Film directed by Flavia Coste. Hugo Becker has won two screenplays for Young Fools and We Have Time. As a director, he shot a video for the song Saez "In the courtyards of lyceums". Hugo Becker became world famous for his role as Prince Louis of Monaco, Louis Grimaldi, in the TV series Gossip Girl. His character begins an affair with one of the main characters of the series, Blair Waldorf. Despite the fact that the couple seems to love each other and are preparing for the wedding, Blair is not at all sure that the prince is the love of her life ... Hugo Becker appears in 18 episodes of this series. After filming Gossip Girl, Hugo Becker, who had previously starred only in European film projects, was invited to participate in the Hollywood film Girls in Danger.
