Born September 17, 1969 - American actor.
He performed in theater and appeared in television films, and on the big screen made his debut in the youth thriller 1997 "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer" .
Settle played Captain Ronald Spears in the 2001 HBO miniseries Brothers in Arms, and Warren Beatty in the 2004 television movie The Mystery of Natalie Wood. In 2002, he appeared in five episodes of the TV series Ambulance, and then in Callie Howry's movie Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisters. He received critical acclaim for his role in the 2005 miniseries Into the West, and also starred in Brothers and Sisters, The Practice, and was a guest on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit .
Settle is perhaps best known for his role as Rufus Humphrey on Gossip Girl, where he filmed from 2007 to 2012. In 2010, he starred as the male lead in the Broadway musical Chicago .
In 2006, Settle secretly married model Naama Nativ, and on March 5, 2009 they had a daughter, Even Angelica Settle. In 2015, the couple had a second daughter, Nalu Settle.
