Born December 5, 1969 - American film director.
Morgan received his BA in Cinematography from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1992.
The next year he studied film theory at the Sorbonne.
In 1993, he enrolled at the University of New York for the Graduate Directing Courses.
In 1997, Morgan made his debut in Crazy Streets as a director, screenwriter and producer.
At the Sundance Film Festival, the film won the Audience Award for Best Director and Best Cinematography.
This was followed by directorial work in the films: "American Psycho 2: 100% American" (video, 2002), "Dawson's Creek" (TV series, 1998 - 2003), "Loves - does not love ..." (2008).
