Born March 10, 1976, Baia Mare, Romania - Hungarian actor of Romanian descent.
In 1990-1995, Levente Molnar studied at the pedagogical school in the city of Baia Mare. In 1997 he became an actor in Figura Studio in Gheorgheni. In 1998-2002 he studied at the Babesh-Boyai University at the theater department of the Faculty of Arts in the group of Andras Khatkhazi.
After graduation, Levente began working at the Hungarian Theater in Cluj. In 2002 and 2003 he took part in choreographic performances at the Gheorghe Dima Academy of Music. Since 2003 he has been a lecturer at the University of Theater Arts. In 2008, Levente created his own casting agency.
Levente Molnar constantly takes part in various dance, theater and art events. He speaks fluent Hungarian and Romanian, knows English well and understands a little German. The height of the actor is 178 cm
One of the notable roles of Molnar was the role of Abraham in Laszlo Nemesh's "Son of Saul". Starring Geza Roerig, the film won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival (May 2015) and the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film (February 2016).
