Born November 29, 1983 - German actress, director, screenwriter and producer.
At the age of six, Eileen began dancing: she danced classical ballet, modern dance and hi-hop. Growing up, she even received training as a dance teacher, seriously intending to devote her life to dancing.
After graduating from the Hans-Ehrenberg-Schule school, she entered the Academy of Theater Arts in Berlin. In parallel with her theatrical activities, the girl actively tried her hand at cinema: in 2007 she starred in the TV series Crime Scene Investigation, and in 2008 in the film Innocence. Aileen's career springboard was Turkish for Beginners, where she played a small role. In 2012, Tetzel played the role of Lara in Broken Horizons, for which she was awarded the Best Actress Award at the Turin Film Festival. In 2015, Eileen played the role of Amina in the fifth season of the popular American TV series Homeland. In the same year, the actress starred in the film "Macho" and in the TV series "Wine by Ferdinand von Schirach." In 2016, the actress voiced one of the characters in the animated film Robinson Crusoe: A Very Inhabited Island.
