Born June 16, 1972, Davis, California, USA - American writer and producer.
Grew up in Livermore. In high school, he started studying computers. At the age of 15, he took a job as a programmer at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore.
Studied Computer Science at the University of California, San Diego, worked for companies such as AOL and Blizzard (Weier was one of the Warcraft 2 programmers).
He is fond of studying relativistic physics, orbital mechanics, history of manned astronautics. According to Weier himself, he is a nerd, a botanist. Watched every episode of the British TV series Doctor Who, both classic and modern. Even in early childhood, since he began to read, he became interested in science fiction and read the entire collection of novels by such authors as Heinlein, Clark, Asimov, kept in his father's library. Weier began writing science fiction stories numerous times as a child. But he himself rejected all his works, considering them boring. He wrote two novels, which he also deleted. All early works were written by him in the "pre-Internet" era, which Weyer considers a stroke of luck, since they are now impossible to find anywhere.
