Born April 3, 1991, Los Angeles, California, USA - American actress, director, screenwriter, composer, dancer, singer and musician.
Hailey's formed the group "Hede" and released five songs on Myspace and also shot a video for the song "Warehouse". The group disbanded in 2008. Also, from 2007 she was a member of the group "The Stunners" until she disbanded in 2011.
Best known for her roles as Stevie Nichols from The Wizards of Waverly Place (2010) and Stella Yamada from Lemonade Mouth (2011). But her popularity was brought by the role of Velma Dinkley in the films "Scooby-Doo 3: The Mystery Begins" and "Scooby-Doo 4: Curse of the Lake Monster."
In 2014, she appeared in 5 episodes in the television series The Fosters, where she played the role of Gaby.
