Born October 7, 1967, Wellington, New Zealand is an Australian film director and screenwriter.

Graduated from Swinburne Film School in Melbourne in 1988.

He made his film debut with The Inside Look (2000), for which he won an Australian Film Institute Award.

The director's second film, "How Cowardly Robert Ford Killed Jesse James", was released in 2007.

In 2012, Dominic's movie "The Casino Robbery" was nominated for an award at the Cannes Film Festival.
