As a teenager, Sar took part in theatrical performances, was a member of the Freddie Hendricks Youth Ensemble in Atlanta, and worked in theaters in Rotterdam, Berlin, Johannesburg, and Amsterdam. Under the leadership of Hendrix Ngauj took his first steps as a director.
