Born December 16, 1969 - American actress. Lozano is best known for her long-running role as Tea Delgado in the daytime soap opera One Life to Live, which she played from 1997 to 2013. She joined the show in January 1997 and stayed on until the finale in early 2012. She later joined the General Hospital nursing soap .
Lozano was born in Princeton, New Jersey, to an immigrant family from Argentina. She grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Brown University before moving to New York, where she studied acting at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. In December 1996, she landed a role in One Life to Live and a year later was nominated for the Soap Opera Digest for Best Debut.
Lozano has appeared over the years in a number of primetime TV series filmed in New York, where she starred in a soap opera. Among them were Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Malice, Fondant Jungle, Ugly, Dear Doctor, Blue Blood, and The Secrets of Laura. Lozano also originally starred as Eleanor Waldorf in Gossip Girl, but was replaced by Margaret Colin after the pilot episode. In 2007, she made her big-screen debut in the thriller The Perfect Stranger. Since then, she has had small roles in the films "Contact List", "Veronica Decides to Die" and "Steal My Wife" .
In 2016, Lozano landed a regular role in the second season of the Netflix series Narco.
