Born 8 September 1956, Oxford - Canadian English-born actor.
Initially, he took part in productions of the theater group at the University of Exeter. After graduation, he entered the theater group, moved a lot from place to place, until he settled in Canada.
After touring the United States with his theater, Richings moved to Toronto, Canada, in 1984. Over the next five years, Richings became a regular cast member on the second season of War of the Worlds. Many other roles followed, and in 1996 he became critically acclaimed as the strong, aging, punk rock legend Bucky Hight, in the movie Bad Rock Emblem. In 1997, Richings appeared in a minor role in the film Cube. Then, in 1999, he played a role in the science fiction film "Reavers of the Past" .
In 2000 he appeared as Bellanger in the film Gold Dust and was nominated for a Gini Award for Best Supporting Actor. In 2015, he appeared in a cameo role in The Return with Emma Watson.
