Born November 25, 1961, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia is an Australian screenwriter, actor, director and producer.
Chilauro began his creative career at Melbourne Radio, where he co-wrote the show "Graham & the Colone" in 1986 with Australian co-director Rob Sitch. Collaboration in tandem with Sitch led to strong friendship and fruitful collaboration in the future.
Since 1987 he has been creating the morning radio show "D-Generation Breakfast Show" for five years, where he also took part as a presenter.
Chilauro was the author and performer of Let's Talk Back to Front (1984) at the University of Melbourne.
In 1993, along with Rob Sitch, his wife Jane Kennedy and Tom Glaysner, Chilauro became a co-owner of Working dog production.
Debut work on television immediately became the main role in the comedy series "Late Show".
