Born August 4, 1967 in Puteaux, a small town north of Paris. Grew up in Lyon, in the 1990s he made his stage debut at the Complexe du rire and at the Rail Theatre. Studied acting courses at Catherine Brieu.
Then Arsene Mosca met with little-known actor Jean Dujardin. Together they collaborated on a number of projects. In 2007, Jean Dujardin offered Arsene the lead role in the comedy series Palizzi, which he himself wrote and directed. Arsene plays there the former mafioso Antonio Palizzi, who was released after 15 years in prison. The process of his integration into society is filmed like a documentary.
