Born May 20, 1976, San Francisco, California, USA is an American screenwriter, producer and actor.
He grew up in the Richmond area of ??San Francisco. There he went to attend Alamo Elementary School, Presidio High School and Lowell High School. While Tse was growing up, his parents were movie fans and consequently he was exposed to films that were not intended for his age, such as Heavy Metal, Prom, and Other Faces. My father's favorite movie was The Godfather, and the family watched two films every Christmas, like To Live and Die in Los Angeles.
Tse attended Emerson College in Boston. While Tse was a freshman at Emerson, he studied journalism as his career working on radio shows and realized that this was not his aspiration. He saw the movie Pulp Fiction and was inspired to pursue a career as a screenwriter.
After graduating from college, he moved to Los Angeles in December 1998 to pursue a career as a screenwriter.
