Born August 30, 1977, Houston, Texas - American actor. He grew up in Farmington, Connecticut, the son of a sales and marketing agent. He graduated from Farmington High School in 1995. He volunteered for theatrical performances at Miss Porter's School, the internationally renowned local girls' school, when it needed male actors. He enrolled in the School of Art and Design at Alfred University, but then transferred to the State University of New York at New Paltz, from which he earned his BA in Theater in 1999. Prior to Mad Men, he played Eugene Rossi in four episodes of Third Shift. Previously, he starred in the comedy series Eagle Heart on Adult Swim. Gladys has appeared in episodes of Impact and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also voiced Dudley Lynch in the MotionScan game LA Noire and played head sailor Evgeny Borzenkov in the 2002 film K-19. In 2015, he played the role of Lieutenant Matthias in the fantasy action movie Terminator Genisys.
