Born October 8, 1965 in Montclair, New Jersey, USA. At the age of 15, after dropping out of high school, left home and moved to New York. Prior to joining the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute and starting his acting career, he worked as a pizza delivery man, truck driver and drug dealer. After graduating from the institute, he played in the theater for some time.
