Born July 21, 1954, Farsund, Vest-Agder, Norway - Norwegian comedian, actor and television presenter.

At the age of 19 he became interested in Marxism and became a member of a communist organization. Thanks to this, he began working as a presenter at a local radio station in Oslo. In 1988, Otto switched to Norwegian national radio with his Revolvermagasinet program. Four years later, he received an invitation to host a TV show on national television. During the 1994 Winter Olympics, he was hired as one of the television reporters from the scene.

In the 2000s, Otto, along with fellow comedians, created several programs in which he ridiculed many sensitive topics and current politicians, including Prime Minister Bondevik. In 2003, as part of a protest against the invasion of Iraq, he burned the American flag live. Three years later, while filming a show in the city of Alesund, Otto made a fire in the city center, in which he burned several books, money and some pages from the Old Testament. The next scandal with his participation broke out in 2008, when Jespersen made fun of the victims of the Holocaust, mourning their fleas and lice as well.

In 2000, already having experience as a TV presenter, Otto got his first role in the film industry in the film How I Seeked Jesus ... with a Slingshot. However, as an actor, he realized only 10 years later, playing the main role in the thriller "Troll Hunters." For this work, he was nominated for Best Actor for the Amanda Award. Together with him, other little-known novice actors such as Hans Morten Hansen, Johanna Merck, Thomas Alf Larsen starred in the film. The next film character of Otto, was the role of Nibakken in the film "The Fast and the Furious" and its sequel "The Scandinavian Fast and the Furious: Racing on Ice". On these paintings he worked with Anders Baasmo Christiansen, Sven Nordin, Jenny Skavlan and Trine Wiggen.
