Danish rock band, formed in 2001 in Copenhagen, and consisting of Sune Rose Wagner and Sherin Fu. Their music is inspired by the two-vocal harmony of The Everly Brothers, along with heavy electric guitars and a touch of noise ala The Jesus and Mary Chain. Their songs juxtapose the structural and chordal simplicity of 1950s-60s rock with strong electronic instrumentation, winding beats and dark lyrics touching themes such as crime, drugs, murder / suicide, love, passion and betrayal, in which The Raveonettes are similar. the band The Velvet Underground that influenced them.
