Born March 11, 1969, Chicago is an American actor and singer.
Howard began his television career in the 1990s before gaining fame for his role in the romantic comedy Best Man (1999).
Howard was nominated for Best Actor Academy Award for Pimp in Hustle and Beat (2005). In the 2000s, he also had roles in The Hart's War (2002), Clash (2004), Get Rich or Die (2005) and The Brave (2007). After his role in the film "Iron Man" (2008), his career began to decline, as Howard gained fame as a troubled actor in the work and was replaced in subsequent sequels by Don Cheadle. Howard then moved to television, where he starred in the short-lived NBC series Law & Order: Los Angeles (2010-2011), and in 2015 began playing Lucius Lyon, the main antagonist on Fox's primetime soap Empire. ...
