Born November 30, 1927 - American actor, producer, director.
He graduated from two universities - "St. Louis University "and" Washington University ". After studying and serving in the army, Guillaume made his Broadway debut in 1961. He has appeared in productions such as Golden Boy, Tambourines to Glory, Guys and Dolly, Purlie and The Phantom of the Opera .
But the greatest fame to Robert was brought not by the theater, but by television. Guillaume has starred in nearly a hundred films, including Lean on Me and Big Fish. He also voiced the baboon Rafiki from The Lion King. He also participated and produced his own sitcom show on the ABC channel. For his work, he has received a number of awards, including two Emmy Awards. And in 2002 his autobiography "Guillaume: A Life" was published.
