Born March 8, 1969 in Glenwood, Iowa is an American animator, screenwriter, and director.
Started his career as an animator and later took up screenwriting.
He made his film debut with a script for the animated film Tarzan (1999). Hall's other scripts include The Adventures of an Emperor (2000), Brother Bear (2003), Don't Hit the Hoof (2004), Visit the Robinsons (2007) and The Princess and the Frog ( 2009).
