The group was formed in 1989 in the USA. All three girls are daughters of famous rock musicians. Wendy and Carney's parents are Brian Wilson from The Beach Boys and Marilyn Wilson from Honey, Chenny's parents are John and Michelle Phillips from The Mamas and The Papas. The girls began to sing together as a child, and in 1990 they released their debut album on SBK Records, which immediately became one of the bestsellers - more than five million of this disc were sold. But at the end of 1992, the trio broke up. The Wilson sisters played together for a while and released one album called The Wilsons.
