Born June 17, 1975 in Houston, the largest city in Texas. He began his acting career in 1999, playing roles in The Blur of Insanity and The Blair Witch: Term from the Beyond. In 2005, Leonard made his director and screenwriter debut with the short film The Youth in Us. In 2009, for the lead role in the film "Both Laughter and Sin", he won the Best Actor of the Year category (with Marc Duplis) at the Gijon International Film Festival.
