Born September 25, 1964, Kanagawa, Japan is a Japanese voice and dubbing actress and singer.
After graduating from high school, Kikuko entered the Department of National Studies at Tsurumi University.
Kikuko made her voice acting debut in 1988 in the anime "Hai Akko Desu."
In 2010, she received the Seiyu Award for Best Supporting Voice Actress for her voice as Sanae Furukawa in Clannad: The Story Continues and Grace O'Connor in Macross Frontier.
In 2007, the actress, together with her friend Mari Maruta, founded the musical group "Wild Strawberry".
