Born July 27, 1958 in Kassel. Barbara was the third child in the family, in addition to her, the family already had two daughters.
In 1976 Barbara starts working as a book club representative. Having found herself in Munich for work, she meets students of the Munich University of Film and Television.
In 1978, Rudnik began acting in films, working for the Zinner film studio. She has participated in many famous German productions. It is possible that some of her successes are due to the fact that she was not shy about acting in erotic scenes. During her 31-year acting career, the actress has played about 80 roles in films and television series.
