As a member of the musical and ethnographic children's ensemble "Bachagoni Pomir" he took part in the first decade of "Arts and Literature of Tajikistan in Moscow" in 1941. From 1943 to 1946 - musician of the Pamir children's ensemble.
From 1946 to 1950 he played on the stage of the Khorog Regional Music and Drama Theater. At the same time he studied at the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute named after I. A. N. Ostrovsky. After graduating from the institute in 1954 - an actor of the Tajik Academic Drama Theater. A. Lakhuti.
Played a number of the main roles of Tajik national heroes.
He began to act in films constantly since 1956. His first screen work was an episode in the film "Dohunda" directed by Lev Kuleshov based on the novel of the same name by Sadriddin Aini.
A representative of a whole galaxy of remarkable Tajik film actors, whose names are associated with the revival of the Stalinabad studio of feature films (since 1961 - the Tajikfilm film studio).
