Born October 10, 1969 in California. She is best known as an improvisation actress, from 2002 to 2009 she performed at the elite Los Angeles Club Groundlings, where Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig, her co-stars in the film Bridesmaids, also worked over the years. She has also appeared in several dozen films and television shows. From 2003 to 2009 she had a role in the sitcom Reno 911! Gruvemuvestart McLendon rose to prominence in 2011 for her role in the commercially and critically successful film Bridesmaids. From 2010 to 2011, she also starred in the TV series Rules of Living Together.
