She was born on January 9, 1914 in the village of Shirokoe, Dnepropetrovsk region, Ukraine. Graduated from the Kiev Theater Institute (1936). She was an actress in the Lviv Ukrainian Drama Theater named after M. Zankovetskaya.
People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1956). People's Artist of the USSR (1972).
She passed away on March 11, 1994 in Lviv.
