Born November 14, 1937 in Moscow.
In 1959 he graduated from the Shchepkin Higher Theater School.
From 1959 to 1962 worked for Efros at the Central Children's Theater.
From 1962 to 1970 - at the Sovremennik Theater, from 1970 to 1986 - at the Theater. M.N. Ermolova.
1986-1990 together with E. Radomyslensky directed the "Odeon" theater.
Since 1990, he has produced concerts of pop stars in the United States.
