Irakli Pirtskhalava was born on September 13, 1977 in Moscow. As a child, he changed 5 schools. He studied at a sports boarding school with a French bias. Despite the desire to be a football player, Irakli had to give up this profession and, at the insistence of his mother, enter a music school to study violin. However, at the age of 13, Pirtskhalava's dream prevailed and he devoted 2 years of his life to playing for the Lokomotiv football team. From the age of 13 he danced in the group of Bogdan Titomir. At the age of 16, he recorded his first song in a professional studio. The first group, in which Irakli began to play, was called "FT", then a group called "K&K" followed. And a little later “White hot ice” appeared. In the late 1990s - early 2000s, he was a soloist of the Tet-a-Tet group. Then he hosted the author's program "Club Peppers" on the Hit-FM radio station, was the art director of the "Gallery" club. In 2003 he took part in the musical television project Star Factory. After graduation from the Star Factory, the hit "Vova the Plague" appears. It was followed by the equally successful London-Paris and Vremya. Russian actress Maria Gorban starred in the video for the song "Time". At the end of 2004, Irakli released his debut album, London-Paris. In the middle of 2005 his new hit "Absinthe Drops" was released. By the beginning of 2009, the artist had already accumulated so much musical material that half of it remained outside the track list of the second album "Take a step". In 2004, Irakli received the Golden Gramophone award for the song London-Paris, and in 2005 - for the song Drops of Absinthe. On July 18, 2012, Irakli opened the VinoGrad restaurant.
