Anna Mouglalis spent her youth in the Var department until she and her family moved to Nantes. Her father, a Greek by nationality, works as a doctor, and her mother, French, works as a masseuse.
Until 2001, Anna studied at the Higher National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris under the direction of Daniel Mesgich. In addition to his native French, he is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and, with some limitations, understands Greek.
