Born on November 5, 1980 in Irkutsk.
From the age of 6 he lived in the city of Gusinoozersk, Selenginsky District (Buryatia).
At the end of the 9th grade, he entered the Gusinoozersk Power Engineering College, and when he graduated in 1998, he went to work at the state district power station.
