Born on December 3, 1939 in the village of Yam, Podolsk District, Moscow Region.
In 1961 he graduated from the Theater School (University) named after M.S. Shchepkin, acting, teacher - V.I. Tsygankov
In 1961-1972 - actor and director of the Pavlodar Drama Theater
named after A.P. Chekhov;
1972-1980 - actor and director of the Tomsk Drama Theater;
In 1981-1985 he was an actor of the A.M. Gorky in Tula;
In 1993-2002 he was an actor and director of the Theater of the Young Spectator in the city of Tomsk.
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1980) .
Passed away on December 4, 2002.
