Born May 28, 1988 in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture. Meisa's parents (mother is Japanese, father is half Japanese, half South American) have four daughters, Meisa is the youngest in the family. Kuroki began her modeling career in high school in Okinawa, where she was found by a modeling agency scout. Her career turned out to be very successful, since at first she starred for the popular fashion magazine JJ. In 2009, Kuroki Meisa became the Japanese face of the international fashion brand Emporio Armani, and as part of their collaboration, Meisa has appeared at many events around the world. In 2010, Kuroki became the international face of the French cosmetics brand L'Oreal.
