Nancho Novo (born September 17, 1958, La Coruna) is a Spanish actor, singer and musician. Nominee for the Goya Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (1996).
He studied medicine in Santiago de Compostela but dropped out in the middle. Moved to Madrid and entered the Royal Higher School of Dramatic Art and Dance. He combined his studies with a career as a singer, composer and rock guitarist of the Los castigados sin postre band. He also tried himself as a humorist, performing with sketches at the Comedy Club and as a presenter on the radio Cadena SER in Madrid.
