Born April 1, 1961, Madrid - Spanish theater, film and television actor.
He studied law for ten years, then entered the School of Dramatic Art in Madrid. The first glory came after the film "Time of Silence" by Vicente Aranda (1986). For his supporting role in the film Divine Words, he won the 1987 Goya Prize. The biggest professional success awaited the actor after the film "Madrehilde", in which he played the role of Francisco Franco. For this work, Echanove received the Goya Award for Best Actor and the Silver Shell for Best Actor at the San Sebastian Film Festival.
Juan Echanove is also known in Spain as a singer and released the disc Mucho mas que dos.
